§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
1.1. The HYPEMC.EU Server is not associated with Mojang or Microsoft in any way.
1.2. The HYPEMC.EU Server was created mainly with the thought of making new connections between users, encouraging cooperation, and rivalry on the available MiniGames.
1.3. The HYPEMC.EU Server is the property of HYPESTUDIOS Dawid Łoszewski (Tax Identification Number: XXXXXXXXXX) and Mikołaj Makowski.
1.4. Before joining the server, the user must familiarize themselves with the server rules and promise to follow them.
1.5. Lack of knowledge or understanding of the rules is not an excuse for not adhering to them.
1.6. The user cannot sell their account registered on the server or virtual items to others due to ownership restrictions.
1.7. The user is obligated to care about the privacy of their password; the staff is not responsible for dealing with thoughtlessness in sharing personal account data.
1.8. Any intentional attempt to disrupt the operation of the server or intentionally cause financial losses to the server will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
1.9. The HYPEMC.EU Server is protected by copyright law; copying content without the owners' permission is prohibited.
§2. MANDATORY RULES:
2.1. Each and every user is equal to one another; any differences, including paid ranks, do not matter.
2.2. It is strictly prohibited to disrupt the work of staff members.
2.3. It is strictly prohibited to mislead or provoke staff members.
2.4. It is strictly prohibited to pretend to be a staff member or to impersonate other players.
2.5. It is strictly prohibited to share, sell or extract anyone's personal data.
2.6. It is strictly prohibited to mislead other users or encourage them to break the rules of the server.
2.7. It is strictly prohibited to create or discuss real trading offers and to encourage users to check them out.
2.8. The staff members are not responsible for user fraud.
2.9. It is strictly prohibited to use or spread information about bugs found on the server.
2.10. You should immediately report any issue or bug on the server to the dev team and owners.
2.11. It is strictly prohibited to use inappropriate nickname, skin or cape.
2.12. It is strictly prohibited to start conversations that provoke or disrupt the order.
2.13. It is strictly prohibited to insult users and the staff team.
2.14. It is strictly prohibited to use any form of obscene behavior.
2.15. It is strictly prohibited to clutter the chat by spamming or using excessive text formatting.
2.16. It is strictly prohibited to write messages in uppercase or flood the chat.
2.17. It is strictly prohibited to clutter the help center on the server or behave inappropriately on it.
2.18. It is strictly prohibited to propagate or spread content related tototalitarian regimes.
2.19. It is strictly prohibited to propagate or spread content related to racism or any form of hate towards any social minority or majority.
2.20. It is strictly prohibited to disparage any religion or insult someone's point of view that does not violate or break the rules.
2.21. It is strictly prohibited to send or spread any kind of erotic, pornographic or violent content.
2.22. It is strictly prohibited to abuse, encourage suicide or harm any living being.
2.23. It is strictly prohibited to create inappropriate buildings such as erotic ones.
2.24. It is strictly prohibited to write inappropriate content on signs.
2.25. It is strictly prohibited to share dangerous links.
2.26. It is strictly prohibited to share auction portals links.
2.27. It is strictly prohibited to advertise other servers.
2.28. It is strictly prohibited to advertise YouTube, Twitch channels (or anyother streaming platform profiles).
2.29. It is strictly prohibited to use any kind of cheats or mods that give you an advantage over others.
2.30. It is strictly prohibited to cooperate with this kind of cheaters.
2.31. It is strictly prohibited to annoy or disturb your own team during gameplay.
2.32. It is strictly prohibited to cooperate with enemy teams during gameplay.
2.33 It is strictly prohibited to boost personal statistics using multiple accounts or other players intentionally.
2.34. It is strictly prohibited to use VPN programs.
2.35. Owners of the HYPEMC.EU Server can suspend operation of the server temporarily without providingany reason to users.
2.36. It is strictly prohibited to avoid punishments given by the staff members by creating or using new, different accounts.
§3. REGISTRATION:
3.1. Registration on the server is completely free.
3.2. The user declares the use of a game client from a legal source.
3.3. The user is able to use every functionality available on the server for free, except functionalities reserved for premium ranks.
3.4. It is strictly prohibited to register more than five accounts on a single network connection if any of them are blocked.
3.5. It is strictly prohibited to register an account with an inappropriate nickname.
3.6. In case the user registered an account on the server and another user bought an account on minecraft.net
using the same nickname,
access will be granted to the first user who registered this account on the server.
§4. COMMUNICATION:
4.1. English is the official language on the server and should be used for all types of communication.
4.2. The user publishes content only at their own responsibility.
4.3. The user should formulate their thoughts concisely and clearly, avoiding typos.
4.4. It is strictly prohibited to address or publish content that violates the law or common decency, promotes racial or religious hatred, real-world violence or advocates hate speech.
4.5. It is strictly prohibited to address or publish content widely recognized as morally or socially inappropriate, defamatory, or deliberately offensive with the intention to provoke.
4.6. It is strictly prohibited to repeatedly publish the same message (spamming).
4.7. It is strictly prohibited to stretch words or use excessive punctuationmarks (text flooding).
§5. CONSEQUENCES:
5.1. The staff members have the right to punish users who break the rules with the following types of punishments:
5.1.1. Warning: by kicking the player out from the server or by sending a warning message.
5.1.2. Mute: a justified temporary block of chat or server function access.
5.1.3. Temporary ban: a justified temporary block from joining the server.
5.1.4. Permanent Ban: a justified block from joining the server without an expiration date.
5.1.5. Permanent IP address Ban: a justified block of the IP address from joining the server without an expiration date.
5.2. The user is able to appeal the punishment on our official Discord:
5.2.1. By providing a sensible reason why the punishment was unjustly given.
5.2.2. Or presenting evidence that clearly demonstrates innocence.
5.3. The staff members decide about punishments according to guidelines and individual circumstances.
5.4. The reason for the punishment is always visible to the player.
5.5. The user is not permitted to challenge decisions made by the staff members.
5.6. In case the user gets banned for breaking the rules, they are not permitted to receive any money refund for purchases made on the server.
§6. FINAL PROVISIONS:
6.1. Every user is obligated to report anyone who breaks the rules.
6.2. Not following the rules will lead to consequences.
6.3. It is strictly prohibited to publicly expose the HYPEMC.EU Server brand to loss of trust by publishing any content that could lead to such consequences.
6.4. It is strictly prohibited to publicly expose partners of the HYPEMC.EU. Server to loss of trust by publishing any content that could lead to such consequences.
6.5. Every rule from this set of rules must be respected on both our Discord and Minecraft servers.
6.6 Owners of the HYPEMC.EU Server reserve the full right to edit or modify the rules and don't inform users about the changes.
6.7. The staff members are permitted to:
6.7.1. Punish users for actions not specified in the set of rules in extraordinary situations.
6.7.2. Have a full access to managing users' messages, items, buildings and all other things related to the server.
